Postpartum Hyponatremia

Background: Severe hyponatremia can be associated with oxytocin infusion. The incidence of hyponatraemia after oxytocin is around 5%. A case of pituitary abscess – a rare clinical entity

Background: Pituitary abscess is a rare entity which is often not suspected in pituitary lesions differential diagnoses; arising de novo or as a consequence of sinus infection, meningitis, or haematogenous spread.
